These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Recipe Hero mobile application (the “App”) and any related services provided by Greedy Polygon LLC (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By downloading, accessing, or using Recipe Hero, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Company Information

A limited liability company registered in Wyoming, United States.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) to use the App. By using Recipe Hero, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Description of Service

Recipe Hero provides tools that allow users to organize, manage, and interact with recipe content from various sources.

Features may include, but are not limited to:

• Importing recipes

• Structuring and displaying recipe content

• Creating meal plans

Recipe Hero does not create, verify, or guarantee the accuracy of recipe content, nutritional information, or other data presented in the App.

We may update, modify, or discontinue any part of the App or its features at any time without notice.

4. License to Use the App

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use.

5. User Accounts

You may be required to create an account to access certain features.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information

• Keep your login credentials secure

• Be responsible for all activity under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Recipe Hero may offer paid subscriptions.

• Payments are processed through Apple’s App Store

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal

• You can manage or cancel subscriptions via your Apple ID settings

We do not control Apple’s billing processes and are not responsible for their policies.

7. AI Features, Automated Processing, and Content Accuracy

Recipe Hero allows you to import recipes and may use automated systems, including artificial intelligence or machine learning tools, to process, structure, or enhance recipe content.

While we make reasonable efforts to present accurate results, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any imported recipe content, including ingredient quantities, nutritional information, cooking times, dietary information, or allergen data. You should always verify imported content before use, particularly where food safety or dietary requirements are a concern. We accept no liability for any loss or harm arising from reliance on imported recipe content.

Recipe Hero is not a medical, nutritional, or dietary advice service. You should consult a qualified professional for dietary or health-related guidance.

We are not liable for:

• Cooking outcomes

• Food safety issues

• Allergic reactions

• Dietary or health-related issues

• Any harm resulting from reliance on content within the App

8. User Content and Imported Content

You are solely responsible for any content you import, upload, or use within the App ("User Content").

By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, and fully paid worldwide license to use, store, reproduce, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for unlawful purposes

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App or its content

• Use the App to build a competing product or service

• Use automated systems (e.g., bots, scrapers) to access the App

• Interfere with the operation or security of the App

10. Third-Party Services

Recipe Hero relies on third-party services to operate, including:

• Firebase (data storage and authentication)

• Customer.io (communications)

• RevenueCat (subscription management)

• Mixpanel (analytics)

• Google Gemini (AI processing)

• Crisp (customer support)

We are not responsible for:

• The accuracy or reliability of third-party content

• The availability or performance of third-party services

• The practices or policies of third-party providers

Your use of such services is subject to their respective terms and policies.

11. Feedback

If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about Recipe Hero (“Feedback”), you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use and incorporate that Feedback into our services without restriction or compensation.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

We do not guarantee that the App will be:

• Uninterrupted or error-free

• Accurate or reliable

• Suitable for your specific needs

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Greedy Polygon LLC shall not be liable for any:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Loss of data or profits

• Health-related issues arising from use of the App

• Errors in recipes, AI outputs, or nutritional information

Your use of the App is at your own risk.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Greedy Polygon LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your use of the App

• Your User Content

• Your violation of these Terms

• Your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights

15. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

Please read this section carefully, as it affects your legal rights.

Informal Resolution. Before initiating any formal proceeding, you agree to contact us at hello@recipehero.io and give us 30 days to attempt to resolve the dispute informally.

Binding Arbitration. If the dispute is not resolved informally, you and Greedy Polygon LLC agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court, except where prohibited by law. Arbitration will be conducted on an individual basis and not as part of a class, consolidated, or representative action.

Class Action Waiver. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree that you may only bring claims against us in your individual capacity and may not participate in a class action, class arbitration, or representative proceeding.

You and Greedy Polygon LLC agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration, rather than in court, except where prohibited by law.

Arbitration will be conducted on an individual basis and not as part of a class, consolidated, or representative action.

Opt-Out. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending written notice to hello@recipehero.io within 30 days of first using the App. Opting out does not affect any other provision of these Terms.

Exceptions

Nothing in this section prevents either party from:

• Bringing an individual claim in small claims court

• Seeking injunctive or equitable relief where appropriate

16. Termination

These Terms remain in effect while you use the Application. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms or if required by a change in law. You may stop using the Application and delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your license to use the Application ends.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

18. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

19. Privacy

Any personal information collected by us through the Services, or otherwise collected by or on behalf of us, will be dealt with in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

21. Apple-Specific Terms

These Terms are between you and Greedy Polygon LLC, not Apple.

Apple is not responsible for:

• The App or its content

• Maintenance or support

• Warranty claims

You acknowledge that Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms.

22. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Greedy Polygon LLC regarding your use of Recipe Hero.

Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.

Waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of our right to do so in the future.
